Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Merch (shirts, hats, patches, stickers and more)

In-stock merch ships from our Austin, Texas shop within 1–3 business days of your order. We ship with USPS — you can choose Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at checkout, and the rate is calculated based on your address and package weight. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Custom Motorcycle Missions Vans — 3–5 weeks

Our charity Vans are custom made to order by Vans and ship directly from Vans to your door. Please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery. Tracking comes from Vans once your pair ships, which is usually near the end of that window — so it's normal not to have tracking for the first few weeks. Because each pair is custom made, Vans orders are non-refundable and can't be cancelled once placed.

Orders with both Vans and merch

Your merch ships on its own from Austin, and your Vans ship separately from Vans when they're ready.

Donations and course deposits

These don't ship and have no shipping charge.

Lost, damaged or wrong items

If your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
